One of the first recipes I ever tried was chocolate chip cookies. I was expecting really soft and chewy cookies, but what I got was hard and too sweet. I became obsessed with creating my own recipe at that point, that was everything I wanted it to be, it took a lot of experimentation, but it didn’t take too long for me to became known amongst my friends as the cookie expert. So when I decided to bring Asian flavours into confectionary, it only seemed right to start with cookies.
Starting with my tried and tested recipe, every cookie is soft and chewy, with a crisp outer edge. Always made with 70% cocoa dark chocolate chips to counter the sweetness.
At the moment there are 9 flavours in the range, which you can learn more about here

Honestly, it took me a lot of time and a lot of recipes to perfect my brownies. Patience, research and multiple failed attempts but I’m happy to say it was worth it. The recipe is based on ratios, which I adapt to suit the flavours I’m showcasing. Some are more fudgey, some are more cakey. Some are richer in chocolate and some are more sweet. They all have one important thing in common, they’re all delicious.

It’s very important to me to collaborate with other small businesses in my area. That’s what I had in mind developing my range of fudge. Currently the fudge is stocked at the White Butterfly Cafe in Miflford Haven, run by the two lovely ladies pictured above.
My fudge is not your usual traditional hard fudge, its soft and smooth and every flavour is made with chocolate. Currently the flavours available are Cardamom & Lychee, Orange & Cardamom, Banana & Miso and Coconut & Lime. If your interested in stocking my fudge, please get in contact with me here
